Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our growing team at Advancexo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aesthetics, skin care, and healthcare segments, with proven success in driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role requires a candidate with strong connections to top dermatologists and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dermatology and aesthetics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales of Advancexo’s exosome-based skin care and healthcare products within the designated region.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with top dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the aesthetics industry.
    • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and training to dermatologists and medical practitioners.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
    • Gather feedback from customers to support product development and improvement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive brand awareness and product positioning.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent the company and build a network of potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the aesthetics, skin care, or healthcare industries.
    • Proven track record of successful sales in the dermatology or aesthetic market.
    • Strong connections and relationships with top dermatologists and KOLs in the industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • In-depth knowledge of exosomes and their application in skincare is highly desirable.
